In order to efficiently transmit 1080p HD video over the Internet, YI 1080p Home Camera 2 is able to leverage Ambarella's SmartAVC™, a low bit rate video streaming technology, to achieve a saving of 40% in video size while preserving superb image quality and flow. Combining with the industry-grade Panasonic MN3422X Series Image Sensor, YI 1080p Home Camera 2 provides superb video quality with high sensitivity, low noise and low power consumption.

Sharing is Caring! YI 1080p Home Camera 2 makes sharing simple and safe in 3 modes: account sharing, device sharing, and social sharing
Account sharing: one account can be logged on to multiple mobile devices to view and administer the camera. This way, family members can get alerts, view and interact with the camera remotely.
Device sharing: YI 1080p Home Camera 2 can be easily shared to different accounts/log in with a simple scan of QR code. The account that initially paired with the camera becomes the primary owner and has full viewing, administration functions, while others get limited access.
Social sharing: Recordings/snapshot are recorded on the MicroSD card and can be saved to the mobile device; Users can quickly share recordings and pictures to social networks via the mobile app.
